Tour Details

We pick you up from  hotel / airport. Then you will start to tour  visit  with Roman Hippodrome Squre which is about 2000 years ago used for stadium. You will see impressive monument from Roman period, Egyptian Obelisk,  Serpentine column,.  and Constantine Column. Then you will visit  Hagia Sophia  which is one of most impressive and most historical structure in Istanbul from Roman Period as designed a church at the beginning has inspired the many beautiful mosques of the city for centuries following the conquest of the city. 

Then another atrraction is Underground Cistern was fist built by the Byzantine Emperor Justinian in the 6th century, in order to supply the water needs of Constantinople.

Cistern has a 100 thousands and include 336 marble columns mostly Corinthian and Doric Style.

Significant point in Cistern is Medusa- Headed columns as used  ground work constitute sculptural masterpieces of Roman Era.

Todays  last attraction is Chora Museum with breathtaking  Byzantium mosaics, was built in the late 11th century, with lots of repairs and restructuring in the following centuries.
